About Bellacapella

Bellacapella is based in Eastergate near Bognor. The choir was started by Emily Barden and West Sussex Music in 2011 and was originally based at Ormiston 6 Villages Academy in Westergate.

We typically have between 80-90 members and we are open for anybody to join. There are no auditions for new members just come and have fun.

We are an a capella choir, singing in up to 5 parts, usually SATB.

Previous experience is not required, just come and listen and find a part that suits you...

We regularly perform in both formal concerts, and more informal, festival style events. See the Gallery for photos, example song lists and to have a listen!

Choir Rehearsals

We meet on Mondays, during term time, at Eastergate Village Hall. Session dates this term can be found by using the Dates & Events button above.

As Covid restrictions no longer apply we now have just one session from 5.30pm and 7:00pm. However all attendance still needs to be booked in advance. Payment for the term should be made directly to Emily Barden.

The hall is on the A2233 Barnham Road about 1/4 mile east of the junction with the A29 Fontwell Avenue and Barnham Road. The Hall's post code is PO20 3RP.

There is free car parking at the side and rear of the hall.
